People these days...

Here I am again, on my living room floor wanting to write. There is a particular story I would like to share today. It happened early this morning in my first class. My first class is Computer Applications and we are studying ethical and unethical situations for “the real world”. Yesterday, we were put in groups and given a paper with situations of ethical dilemmas. Each group got assigned to a certain dilemma and had to come up with a skit about that certain situation. My group had four people and we figured everything out. Then today we were suppose to act the skit out. Except half my group wasn't there today and I was stuck with this white boy (no offense, but how else could I explain him, I don't know his name lol) that I don't even like.

The teacher knew about our little situation and said that people could fill in where we needed them and we were like okay. So the other groups were going and doing their skits and then I notice “white boy” get up and go up to the teacher. I couldn't hear what he was saying to her, but then I heard her say, “Your not going?” and then I see him shake his head. He then sat back down at his seat and I was like oh hell no, this bitch didn't just make a decision for the both of us!!! I was so pissed and shocked that I just sat there. I mean, it is MY grade too and I wasn't about to sit back and receive a zero because this asshole said WE weren't going because HE said so. Geez.

So when the teacher started saying, “Okay, that's everyone that is going. They aren't going." (points at us) She then starts explaining about why we did this and blah blah. While she was saying all this, I was thinking in my head on what I should do, because I wasn't just about to get a zero because of this kid. I was getting nervous because I knew everyone would be looking at me. I raised my hand and asked if I could explain what we would of done since some people are missing and HE doesn't want to do it. The teacher was like okay, sure. So I explained and everyone listened and afterwards, I felt a lot better knowing that I showed that kid who's boss. lol just kidding, but yeah..

If you knew me, you would know that this is a big thing for me because I'm the quiet girl that doesn't like to speak out. I probably just would've let it go if I wasn't so pissed.

Anyway, now that's out of the way and off my chest lol. I would just like to mention how awesome Lucas is. I mean, he really motivates me to do well in school. Without him, I'd probably be failing.
