Yay for Xbox Live

This is the story about Lucas and me. (how we met) :)

I was in a clan called DSO (Delta Special Ops. [www.dsoclan.com]) for Halo 3.
We were apart of the PMS clan [www.pmsclan.com] and then we broke off for some reason and became DSO. That happened on April 16th of some time and I joined on the 17th. Blah blah blah blah blah, Continued to do the clan thing, played halo 3 with them and yeah.

The division we were in PMS (Delta) was an all girl division, but when we left, it became both guys and girls. Anyway, on May 23rd I went to a practice on Halo 3, and that is where i met Lucas. After that, we played Halo a lot together and mostly never talking to each other during that time. Then, one night we basically stayed up all night talking to each other about nothing at all. I really liked him, but he was very hesitant about it all because he didn't do the online dating thing or believe in long distance relationships. So from then on we were really close friends, talking every day; mostly all day. It would mostly be about Halo and the clan at first and then different subjects and we started to get to know each other better.

I fell in love with him. I was the first one to say, “I love you.” He didn't say it back for awhile and then when he did, he was shy about it. It seemed like he wasn't comfortable with it at first, but then he said it without hesitation. :)

Time past and we both knew we had feelings for each other that was more than friends. We started talking about me visiting him and everything. Then on October 7, 2008, he asked me to be his girlfriend because he knew he wanted to be with me and no one else.

So we have been together for three months now, (about to be four) but have known each other for 8 months.

He lives in Wisconsin, and I live in Texas. I visited him in December for almost two weeks. It was absolutely amazing. I loved every minute of it and did not want to leave at all.

We do have our ups and downs just like any other couple. It is harder than a normal couple because they actually get to see each other. Long distance takes time and work to trust and communicate with each other. Some people find the person they want to be with and they just happened to be in another state. Which happened to us. lol.

Lucas will be coming to visit me on March 11th. Well, not visit; more like stay with me until I graduate and I move in with him. hehe. ^_^
